Kaleigh is our go-to expert on rebates, knowing the programs like the back of her hand. With a gregarious laugh that fills the office, she brings warmth and joy to the team. Outside of work, Kaleigh loves a cozy weekend with a glass of wine, traveling with family, and sharing her kindness with everyone around her.

Ariel brings a wealth of experience from both administrative and trade-focused background. Her ties to our community and love of our local area make her the perfect person to help us help our community. Ariel enjoys quiet weekends on Vancouver Island’s coast, photography, and unwinding with her cat.

Janaya is the friendly, helpful voice you hear when you call ServiceXCEL. Her keen interest in delivering first-class service makes her a natural at customer care. In her off-time, Janaya enjoys paddleboarding, camping, and exploring nature, along with cozy evenings with her beloved cat.

With years in the field, Eric has honed his skills in system design, with a keen eye for optimizing systems around client needs. Competent, confident, and knowledgeable, he’s an expert who brings a meticulous approach to every design. Eric enjoys family time and cheering on hockey games, balancing work with life’s special moments. 

Stuart brings a strong eye for detail and a true care for health and safety, running our JOHS committee with dedication when he isn’t designing your next heating and cooling system. A natural comedian with a repertoire of jokes that keep the team laughing, he enjoys road trips with his wife and helping others.

Matt’s expertise and reliability make him a great favorite among customers. When not at work, he’s riding motorcycles, camping with his young family, or volunteering his time for Search and Rescue. Known for his humor and easygoing nature, Matt’s dedication shines through.

Sean brings a thorough, measured approach to every job, with a Gas B Ticket and Red Seal qualification. In his downtime, he enjoys camping and unwinding after the gym with some video games, and travelling internationally.

Kent is a Renaissance man with a sparkle in his eye, a love for BMX biking, guitar, and painting. A globetrotter with a love for adventure, he brings back unique insights and perspectives, and a steady but dynamic energy that enriches the team.

Munroe shows up well-groomed and caffeinated, ready to tackle any job with a steady, positive attitude and an easy smile. An outdoor enthusiast, he enjoys camping and hitting the bike trails. Munroe’s consistency and good humor make him a key part of our team. He loves taking in a hockey game, or spending time with his rescue animals.

Ivan is absolutely part of the ServiceXCEL family, known for his heart, technical skills, and background in electrical engineering. His dedication is evident in his work, and when he’s not installing, he’s enjoying coastal vacations with his wife, Svetlana.

Darnell is a versatile plumbing and HVAC Red Seal tech with a Gas B Ticket and a reputation for excellence in HVAC repairs. Known for his can-do attitude, he’s always ready to help. Off the clock, he’s a family man who makes sure every moment with his loved ones counts.

Katie is strong, determined, and highly skilled. She fearlessly tackles challenges from attics to crawlspaces, known for her unshakeable ethics and meticulous organization. Katie’s adaptability and resilience make her a trusted asset to the team.

Dylon has quickly earned a reputation as a detail-oriented expert with a strong foundation in HVAC. As a journeyman sheetmetal expert and gasfitter, he’s an authority on precision and craftsmanship. His high standards and sharp skills make him a trusted team member. Outside of work, Dylon enjoys downhill biking, playing hockey, camping, and bringing a well-rounded sense of humor to every adventure.

Jared is a seasoned tech with extensive experience in commercial and residential systems, mastering installations, diagnostics, and repairs with ease. His dedication and skill make him an invaluable part of the team. Off the clock, Jared enjoys hitting the gym, immersing himself in gaming, and practicing jiu-jitsu katas.

Claire’s calm, steady presence brings balance to our accounting department. With an infectious laugh and a wonderful sense of style, she ensures every transaction balances perfectly. Though she loves structure, her easy-going attitude makes her a joy to work with. She is always ready with a one liner when we least expect it to keep us all laughing.

Hilton gives us all a hard time about paperwork (because he loves us). He lived with his wife Shelley in Taiwan for 4 years. We have a running bet we can make him dance in the rain.

Aric is the backbone of our warehouse operations, ensuring shipping, receiving, and all installation logistics run seamlessly. His meticulous organization and attention to detail guarantee every project has what it needs to succeed. When he’s not coordinating behind the scenes, Aric loves spending days at the river, quality time with his dogs, and going on outings with his wife.

Dafydd (Davith) is the ultimate multi-tasker. From IT to staging installations, inventory management, or deliveries, he can do it all. His creativity shines in adding personal touches to his car and weekends spent mountain biking and by the river. Dafydd’s versatility keeps everything moving smoothly.
