Win a Free Furnace with ServiceXCEL’s “Oldest System Contest”!

Is your furnace or heat pump one of the oldest in Nanaimo or the surrounding areas? Enter our Oldest System Contest for a chance to win a free furnace or heat pump installation! It’s simple—submit a photo of your system’s nameplate to show us its age. If it qualifies as the oldest entry, you’ll get a brand-new one installed by our expert team, on the house!

• Open to residents in Nanaimo and surrounding cities, including Duncan, Port Alberni, and the Comox Valley.
• Participants must be the homeowners of the property where the system is installed.
• Employees of ServiceXCEL, along with family members residing in the same household, are not eligible to enter.

• The contest begins on Thursday, November 14, 2024, at 12:00 PM PST and ends on Monday, December 16, 2024, at 11:59 AM PST. Entries submitted after the deadline will not be considered.

• To participate, entrants must submit a clear, readable photo of their system’s nameplate (including model and serial number) via the contest form link provided above on this page. If assistance is needed with this, ServiceXCEL offers a free in-person visit.
• Only one entry per household is allowed.

• One winner will receive a free basic model furnace and installation by ServiceXCEL. Winners will be offered options to upgrade their model at an additional cost if desired.
• All entrants who submit a valid entry and meet the eligibility will receive a $500 discount on any new furnace, heat pump, or dual fuel installation, valid until June 1, 2025.
• Winners may be eligible for rebates, which ServiceXCEL can assist with during the upgrade process.

• The winner will be selected based on the oldest qualifying system submitted. ServiceXCEL reserves the right to verify the system in person before awarding the prize.
• ServiceXCEL’s decision is final and binding.
• The winner will be notified by phone or email within 14 days after the contest period ends. If the winner does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, ServiceXCEL reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

• By entering the contest, participants consent to be added to ServiceXCEL’s mailing list, with the option to unsubscribe at any time. Participants also consent to be contacted via text, call, or email for further communication related to this contest or future offers.
• Content Consent: The winner agrees to allow ServiceXCEL to take photos and videos of their furnace upgrade, share their first name, city, and last initial, and to have a photo taken with their new furnace install. While ServiceXCEL may request participation in a short video for social media, the winner can decline without affecting their eligibility to receive the prize.

• ServiceXCEL is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, technical errors, or issues that may arise during the contest entry process.
• Participants agree to release ServiceXCEL and its affiliates from any claims or damages that may result from participating in the contest or receiving/using the prize.

• ServiceXCEL respects the privacy of all participants. Personal data will be used solely for contest administration and ServiceXCEL marketing purposes, in accordance with local privacy laws.
