We Love Our Customers – and Your Referrals
At ServiceXCEL Heating and Cooling, we are proud to serve our community with integrity, professionalism, and high-quality HVAC services.
Our main goal is to earn your trust and your recommendation. That is why we created our Customer Referral Program. When you refer someone to us and they purchase a qualifying system, we will send you $200 as a thank-you.
It is that simple. Whether you are in Nanaimo, Parksville, Qualicum Beach, Ladysmith, or anywhere on Vancouver Island, your referrals help your community stay comfortable and efficient, and we are excited to reward your support
What Services Qualify?
You’ll receive a $200 reward when your referred customer completes the installation of any of the following systems:
- Ducted or Ductless Heat Pump
- Ducted or Ductless Air Conditioner
- Furnace (Gas or Electric)
- Commercial HVAC Equipment Replacement or New Installation Project
Note: Offer applies to new customers in eligible service areas only. Excludes small off-island communities, stratas, condos, and apartments – contact us at reception@serviceXCEL.ca to arrange preferred group pricing instead
How the Referral Program Works
Share the Word
Tell your friends, family, neighbours, or colleagues about your experience with ServiceXCEL and encourage them to request a free quote for their HVAC system.
They Book an Installation
Ask them to mention your name at the time of booking. Before the installation, they should also complete our referral form (available online or from our office).
The Project is Completed
Once the qualifying system is installed and paid for, we process your referral
You Receive Your Reward
We’ll send you a $200 cheque by mail or a gift card to a store or restaurant of your choice. Prefer to split the reward with a friend? No problem – we’re happy to divide the referral bonus among up to two referrers upon request.
